Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return.

 

This guarantee applies to the original purchaser, for purchases made on serotoninnutraceuticals.com in the United States, and is limited to one guarantee request per product per customer. We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this guarantee.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Subscription orders: skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account page.

Shipping charges: original shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds cover the product price only. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order shipped free and is returned, actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
