Optimize clarity + targeted control

SERO CONTROL ROLLER

Targeted Salicylic Acid + Benzoyl Peroxide Blemish Treatment

SERO CONTROL ROLLER is a precision spot treatment designed for visible blemishes, localized congestion, and breakout-prone areas. Its roll-on format places the formula directly where it is needed without coating the entire complexion in a potentially drying acne treatment.

The formula pairs Salicylic Acid with Benzoyl Peroxide to support clearer-looking skin through complementary acne-treatment pathways. Dimethyl Isosorbide supports active delivery, while Glycerin and Witch Hazel help balance the formula's clarifying profile.

Because active concentrations were not supplied, final acne claims, frequency, age restrictions, warnings, and directions must follow the approved Drug Facts panel. The product should be introduced conservatively and used only on the targeted treatment area unless the final label states otherwise.

Who it is for

A focused treatment for localized blemishes and congestion-prone areas.

  • Visible blemishes
  • Occasional breakouts
  • Congested pores
  • Oily-prone areas
  • Targeted spot treatment
  • Lightweight acne care
  • Teen and adult routines
  • Precision application

What it does

Delivers targeted acne-treatment support without unnecessarily treating unaffected skin.

  • Uses Salicylic Acid to help clear pore-clogging buildup
  • Uses Benzoyl Peroxide to support the treatment of acne blemishes
  • Targets individual blemishes and concentrated breakout zones
  • Helps improve the appearance of visible congestion
  • Provides a clean, portable rollerball application
  • Includes Glycerin to provide complementary moisture support
  • Uses Witch Hazel for a lightweight astringent skin feel
  • Fits into a simplified, provider-directed blemish routine

Why the roller format matters

Active treatment goes on the blemish—not automatically across the entire face.

Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid can be effective acne-treatment ingredients, but they may also cause dryness or irritation. The rollerball format supports controlled placement so the formula can be applied directly to visible blemishes or small congestion-prone areas.

This targeted approach can make the product easier to integrate into a broader skincare routine while limiting unnecessary exposure on areas that are already clear, dry, or sensitive.

Key ingredients

A compact formula built around targeted acne treatment and controlled delivery.

Five ingredients create the product's complete profile: two acne actives, one delivery solvent, one humectant, and one botanical astringent.

SA Salicylic Acid Pore-clearing acne treatment
A beta hydroxy acid used in topical acne products to help clear pore-clogging buildup and support a clearer-looking complexion.
BPO Benzoyl Peroxide Targeted acne-treatment support
An established topical acne-treatment ingredient used to help treat existing blemishes. It may cause dryness and can bleach hair or colored fabrics.
DMI Dimethyl Isosorbide Active-delivery solvent
A cosmetic solvent used to dissolve and distribute active ingredients evenly within the targeted formula.
GLY Glycerin Complementary moisture support
A humectant that helps attract water to the skin and provides some balance within a formula built around potentially drying acne actives.
WH Witch Hazel Leaf Extract Botanical astringent support
Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract contributes a lightweight astringent feel and supports the formula's focused, non-cream treatment profile.

Best used for

A direct spot-treatment step for visible blemishes and localized congestion.

  • Individual blemishes needing targeted treatment
  • Small areas prone to recurring congestion
  • Oily zones that do not require full-face treatment
  • Routines where broad acne products cause excessive dryness
  • Portable treatment at home or while traveling

How to use SERO CONTROL ROLLER

Apply a thin layer directly to the affected area.

Cleanse the skin and allow it to dry completely. Roll a small amount directly over the blemish or affected area without repeatedly scrubbing the roller across the skin. Allow the product to dry before applying other skincare.

  • Begin with one application daily or follow the final Drug Facts panel
  • Increase frequency only if directed by the label and well tolerated
  • Reduce frequency if dryness, peeling, or irritation develops
  • Do not use as an automatic full-face treatment unless the label specifically permits it
  • Use broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day

Acne-treatment precautions

Use carefully around other active skincare products.

  • Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned, or freshly treated skin
  • Avoid the eyes, lips, nostrils, and other mucous membranes
  • Avoid simultaneous use with other topical acne medications unless directed
  • Use caution with retinoids, exfoliating acids, scrubs, and drying cleansers
  • Benzoyl Peroxide may bleach hair, towels, pillowcases, and clothing
  • Stop use and seek medical help if severe swelling, blistering, or an allergic reaction occurs

The Sero standard

A transparent blemish-treatment profile without unsupported strength claims.
